Welcome to Eat Well Live Well, a healthy lifestyle guide prepared by Sevadaars at Gurdwara Sahib Sukh Sagar, New Westminster B.C.
The objective of this program is to inform the Sangat on simple steps that can be taken at home or at the Gurdwara Sahib when preparing Langar. Simple steps and spending a little amount of time planning the meals for our families and Sangat, can make a huge difference to our health and well being.

This program is designed to be a starting point and in the coming months, with the support of the Sangat and readers like yourself, we hope to expand on this guide and encourage all Langar programs at Gurdwara Sahib’s to follow this guide and make healthy choices in materials and cooking methods.
